American Girl Socks

One of my “nieces” had the good fortune to be born on our wedding anniversary. This year she wanted accessories for her American Girl Doll (who, by the way, has a name similar to mine, weird). I thought, how hard can doll socks be? While they weren’t too bad, I’m glad my child is a boy!

Pattern: Basic Sock Pattern for American Girl dolls by Judy Gibson

Modifications: I made the ribbing a little wider because I can’t read. I did both at the same time using magic loop.

Yarn: KnitPicks Shimmer in Morning Mist

Needles: Sz 1 Addi Turbos

What I like: They’re darn cute!

What I would change: Nothing, they worked out well.
